Some FAQs:

How is the Deccan ticket priced?
Deccan fares are dynamic in nature and are a ratio between the demand and supply on any given sector at any given point in time. Our fares begin low across most ATR and Airbus sectors and move upwards closer to the last day.

How do I book a ticket on a low fare?
On any Deccan flight on any particular day, the first few seats are sold at low fares and then the fares move to the next price point. The basic premise being, the earlier one books, the lower the fare. These tickets are available on first come first serve basis and can be purchase at any point of purchase. Deccan generally informs about opening of bookings via the media, i.e. newspaper advertisements etc.

Why is my child's fare higher than mine?
Deccan has a dynamic pricing policy where fares move upwards in a bucket system with various price points. Due to this, there could be cases where the fare is in a lower price bucket when booking for adults and it moves into the higher price bucket when booking for a child. There are limited seats per price bucket on every flight and therefore the adult fare and the child fare might differ
